2. Description of Service
2. Description of Service
MyBudgetHQ is a personal finance and budget tracking application that allows you to manage accounts, track income and expenses, and organize your financial data. The Service is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.
MyBudgetHQ is currently in testing and has not been formally launched. The Service is open and usable, but features may change, be added, or be removed as we continue development, and you may encounter errors. Please see the Disclaimer of Warranties below.
We are not accepting payments during testing. The subscription and unlock screens are simulated so that you can try the paid features; no charge is made and no payment details are collected. Please do not enter real payment information anywhere in the Service.

MyBudgetHQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
MyBudgetHQ is not a financial advisor. The Service is a tracking and organizational tool only. You should consult a qualified financial advisor for financial decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBudgetHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or financial losses.
8. Account Termination
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account yourself at any time from your account settings, or by emailing us at [email protected].
Deleting your account starts a 30-day grace period. Nothing is removed during that time — sign in and cancel, and nothing will have been lost. After the 30 days have passed we permanently remove your financial records and any files you uploaded, and we erase your personal details from your account so it can no longer be signed in to. Deletions are carried out by a person rather than on a timer, so removal happens after that date rather than exactly on it.
What we keep. Our own billing records for any payments you made — tied to your account number, not to your name, address or email address — and any messages you have sent us, with email addresses, phone numbers and card numbers removed from them.
9. Changes to Terms
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
